Hampstead Hill School Donates £100 to The Horse Trust
The Horse Trust was presented with a £100.00 donation to kick start the beginning of the summer holidays.
The team here at The Horse Trust would like to say thank you to Principal Andrea Taylor and the children at Hampstead Hill School for their generous donation of £100.00 to help our horses, ponies and donkeys.
Hampstead Hill is an independent Nursery and Pre-Preparatory School based in St Stephen’s, a magnificent Grade I listed former church, and the adjacent School Hall in the heart of Hampstead, London.
The children visited The Horse Trust on 28th July to present their donation to Emily Bradford, Marketing and Communications Executive of The Horse Trust. The children enjoyed the afternoon meeting all the horses, ponies and donkeys, feasting on the treats served in our Black Beauty Tea Room as well as purchasing a whole bag full of our popular stress ponies! They had the opportunity to meet some of the sanctuary’s residents including Silverdale (pictured) a former Lancashire police horse that arrived with us earlier this year.
“We would like to say a big thank you to the principle, Andrea and the children at Hampstead Hill School for their very kind donation,” said Jeanette Allen, Chief Executive of The Horse Trust. “This donation will go towards the work we do with rescued and retired working horses, ponies and donkeys.”
If you need to entertain the kids this summer, join us when we are open to the public, Thursday to Sunday from 2-4pm.
