TROJAN

Trojan spent five and a half years bravely serving as a police horse in The Thames Valley Mounted department.

During his time with the police, Trojan had a flare for sporting events and enjoyed attending Royal Ascot and numerous football matches around the country; Oxford, Reading, Brighton, Leicester, Portsmouth, Wycombe and Southampton. After years of service Trojan unfortunately developed lameness issues, leading to his retirement here at The Horse Trust.

Trojan was said to be a brave and courageous police horse who is missed by all at TVP. Trojan settled in amazingly well and was quickly very popular with the team with his soppy and cheeky personality!

Trojan can often be found enjoying himself in his field with fellow police friends Alf and Samson.
