COMMANDO

Commando joined The Blues and Royals Squadron of The Household Cavalry in 2002.

He has taken part in all Ceremonial Parades including Trooping the Colour, The Queens Life Guard, State Opening of Parliament, and State Visits.

Commando also attended The Royal Wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in 2011, as well as both Golden and Diamond Jubilee celebrations. He has also been the Standard Bearer for The Blues and Royals.

He retired to us due to arthritis. Commando was described as a ‘Perfect Cavalry Black’ by the Officers.
