This handsome chap is retiring from English Heritage after 7 years of service. English Heritage is a charity that manages over 400 historic monuments, buildings and places. Bob was based at Audley End House and Gardens, a Victorian country home in Essex.
Whilst at English Heritage, Bob was based in the stable yard section of the grounds, assisted with bringing the ‘Victorian Stable Yard’ to life. He was greeted by visitors of all ages and showed them the stables in working condition. Bob was also involved with many public events to show the visitors various aspects of Victorian Equestrianism from grooming demonstrations to performing the role of a Victorian harness horse. Prior to joining the English Heritage team, Bob was a riding school horse and taught many people all of ages and abilities to ride.
