The Horse Trusts Home of Rest for Horses is officially reopened
On Wednesday 5th June 2013 HRH The Princess Royal performed the official ceremony to mark the reopening of or Home of Rest for Horses and we created a special newsletter to commemorate that wonderful day for our friends and supporters which we now share with you.
While we take a brief look back at the history of the world’s oldest horse charity we also unveil some new ways you can become a friend of The Horse Trust and share wonderful moments when Her Royal Highness met with Joey from The National Theatres production of War Horse. It is amazing to see how Joey, our guests and our residents all got along so well. View their video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1T4EWDskSQE.
