HARVESTER

Harvester arrived at The Horse Trust in April 2024 after 17 years service for the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment (HCMR).

During his service, Harvester participated in all major parades routinely carried out by HCMR and he was ridden in the royal weddings of William & Kate and Harry & Meghan, the Diamond and Platinum Jubilee celebrations for the late Queen Elizabeth II and the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III. Due to his athletic ability, he was also taken to competitions throughout his career by one of the HCMR riding instructors.

This active nature persists to this day and Harvester still is a busy and inquisitive character with a kind temperament. He has retired to us here at The Horse Trust due to multi-limb lameness related to his age and length of service and we are looking forward to caring for him into his more senior years, giving him rest and comfort after serving the nation.
