MAJOR

This lovely little chap spent over a decade teaching disabled members of the Windsor and Ascot Driving Group the ropes of driving.

Major was fabulous for all abilities, whether that be for a participant who was new to the activity or those who fancied a bit more of a challenge. He was so good at his job, Major was even used to teach trainee coaches. Major helped members with a range of disabilities not only to enjoy driving but also the ponies themselves and the great outdoors! It is said that Major instilled a tremendous amount of confidence in all his drivers, coaches, and trainees within the group and will be very much missed.

Major is a gentle soul who loves nothing more than being out in the field lounging around so we definitely think retirement will suit him! He is not the cuddliest of ponies but absolutely loves his food so is always happy and grateful to see the grooms in the morning.
